Turnaround Time:
We recommend allowing up to 10 - 15 Business days for the processing and dispatch of your order.
For custom orders, our recommended turnaround time will take effect upon customer approval of artwork and is satisfied upon dispatching the goods. And there is extra 5-7 business days depends on add logo method you choose and QTY your ordered.
Shipping & Delivery Delays:
We make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within
the estimated timeframes provided. However, delivery timeframes are estimates
only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier
delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
A delay in delivery does not constitute non-fulfilment of an
order. Once an order has been dispatched, the risk passes to the customer.
