Shipping Time:
Shipping time will vary, depending on your location and the specific products ordered.
- For blank garments or accessoires: standard shipping time is around 7 working days and delivery can take longer for remote areas.
- For garments with "Add Logo/Decoriations" service: There is extra 1~7 working days depends on add logo method you choose and QTY your ordered.
- We try to keep our inventory up to date as per our suppliers but there could be times when items are on back order and may not be available. We will let you know the roughly ETA if the shipping time is more than our standard shipping time.
- Once receive the order, our team will verify the following information of name, address, payment information.
- Next we will check availability of the items with the supplier and then
process the order.
- If ETA is more than standard shipping time, we will confirm with you
before we process the order.
- After order dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information.
